Returns

If you need to return your item, please follow these guidelines:

  • Contact Us First: Before initiating a return, please reach out to our customer service team at info@echogong.com with your order number and details about your concern. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Due to the heavier nature of our products, we do not refund original shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
  • Shipping Costs: Please note that we do not refund the original shipping costs due to the expensive nature of shipping heavier products.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@echogong.com with your order number and details about the defect or damage.
